ARC Raiders NFA accounts are Steam accounts that own ARC Raiders, sold as a login token instead of a password. They come in 4 playtime tiers, and the only difference between them is the ARC Raiders hours on the account.
The ARC Raiders tiers
Every ARC Raiders account here is a Steam account that owns the game. The tiers are sorted by playtime: under 50 hours, 50 - 99 hours, 100 - 199 hours and 200+ hours.
More hours means an account with real history behind it rather than one made yesterday. Pick the band you want; nothing else changes between them.
