CS2 NFA accounts explained

A CS2 NFA account is a Counter-Strike 2 account sold as a login token rather than a password, without the email it is registered to. This page explains the tiers people actually shop by, Prime, Premier and rating, and what gets checked before one is sent to you.

What a CS2 NFA account is

It is a Counter-Strike 2 account you receive a JWT token for. The token logs you in and you can play immediately, with everything already on the account.

You do not get the password, and the registered email stays with the seller, so it cannot be changed.

That is the whole reason a Prime CS2 account costs a fraction of what a full access one does.

Prime and why it matters

Prime is what separates a CS2 account people want from one they do not. It puts you in the Prime matchmaking pool, which means fewer fresh cheating accounts, and it is required before Premier means anything.

Prime came either from buying the upgrade or from owning CS:GO before it went free, which also granted the loyalty badge. Both count.

A Prime ready listing is the usual starting point if you just want to queue and play.

Premier, medals and rating

Premier is the rated mode, and a Premier ready account is one that can queue it without doing placement work first.

Ratings are sold in bands because that is how people search for them. A 10k account and a 20k account are different products and different prices.

Service medals show the account has been around for multiple years. They cannot be bought later, which is why accounts carrying several of them cost more.

Hours and trust factor

Trust factor is Valve's hidden matchmaking signal. Nobody outside Valve can read it, so treat any listing claiming a specific trust factor as guesswork.

What is visible is playtime and account age, which correlate with it. An account with real hours behind it generally queues better than a fresh one.

Playing normally on the account helps. Getting reported repeatedly does not.

What we check before it is sent

Every account is run against the supplier check before delivery, and the result decides whether it goes out at all.

  • VAC bans and game bans.
  • Whether the account is sitting on a cooldown.
  • Whether the login still works at the moment of sale.

This is why a dead account should not reach you. When one slips through anyway, that is what the warranty is for.

If something is wrong with it

You get a 6 hour replacement window from the moment you open your delivery, and up to 3 replacements on the order.

An account whose token will not log in can be swapped automatically from your order page.

A cooldown, a VAC ban, or a ban the account picks up after delivery are not replaced. None of them is a broken account: a cooldown clears by itself, and no swap undoes a ban.

Claiming a replacement on one of those ends the warranty on that account for good, and a person looks at the claim. Every other account on the same order keeps its warranty. If you are unsure what you are looking at, ask in a ticket before you claim.

A cooldown or a VAC ban goes to a person instead. Open a ticket and staff will handle it, because those cases deserve a human read rather than an automatic swap.

Common questions

  • Do I get the password? No. CS2 accounts here are delivered as a JWT login token.
  • Will I get VAC banned for using one? VAC bans come from cheating, not from buying. The risk you take is against the terms of service, not the anti cheat.
  • Can I put my own skins on it? You can, and you will lose them if the account is ever recovered. Most people do not.
  • Does it come with Prime? Only if the listing says so. Prime ready listings do.
  • Can I play Premier straight away? On a Premier ready account, yes.
