Refund Policy
Last updated 12 October 2026
Because accounts are delivered instantly and a login cannot be returned once you have seen it, refunds work differently than for physical goods. This policy sets out exactly when you get your money back, how, and how fast. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
Short or failed delivery
If stock runs short while your order is being filled, the part we could not deliver is refunded automatically to your store balance, tied to the email on your order, so you can spend it right away. If you checked out without an email, contact support with your invoice ID and we will apply the credit.
If a payment is confirmed but nothing can be delivered, the full amount is refunded the same way. You never pay for an account you did not receive.
Warranty replacements are the fastest fix
If an account does not work, you usually do not need a refund. Report it from your order page inside the warranty window, or open a ticket in our Discord with your order ID, and we will replace it. Each order carries up to three replacements.
If you have a valid warranty claim and we cannot replace the account because that item is out of stock, we refund that item to your store balance instead.
What is eligible for a refund
- An item that was never delivered, or an order that was only partly filled.
- A valid warranty claim, within the window, that we cannot replace from stock.
- A duplicate or accidental double charge for the same order.
- A payment that was taken but where no order was created on our side.
What is not eligible
- Change of mind after an account's login has been shown to you.
- Bans, locks, or reclaims caused by your own activity or by a game publisher after a working delivery.
- Cooldowns, VAC bans, and accounts banned after delivery. None of these is a faulty account, so none of them is replaced or refunded, and claiming one ends the warranty on that account.
- You changed the login or recovery details and locked yourself out.
- The warranty window has passed or the per-order replacement limit has been reached.
- Orders linked to fraud, abuse, or a breach of our Terms of Service.
- Finding the same item cheaper somewhere else.
Your cooling-off right
Where consumer law gives you a cooling-off right for digital purchases, such as the 14-day right of withdrawal in the EU, it normally applies. By choosing immediate delivery at checkout, you ask us to start straight away and accept that you lose that right for any item once its login has been shown to you.
Anything that was not delivered keeps its full refund rights, and none of this affects mandatory consumer protections where you live.
How refunds are paid
All refunds are issued as store balance: credit added to your account for the value of the affected item, ready to spend on your next order straight away. This is the same however you paid.
We do not send money back to your card or crypto wallet. Store credit is issued in EUR and applied to the email on your order; if you paid as a guest without an email, contact support with your invoice ID and we will apply it.
Crypto payment issues
Send the exact amount on the network shown before the invoice expires. If you underpay, we credit what you sent so you can top it up or use it on the store. Overpayments are added to your store balance.
Payments that land after an invoice expires can usually still be recovered. Contact support with your invoice ID and the transaction hash and we will sort it out.
Chargebacks and abuse
If something is wrong, contact support first. We resolve almost everything quickly with a replacement or refund, and a dispute is slower for you than talking to us.
Opening a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving a working account is fraud. It may result in your email, address, wallet, or region being blocked from future orders, and we will share the delivery record with the payment provider to contest it.
Repeatedly claiming working accounts are dead, reselling delivered logins and then claiming a refund, or otherwise abusing the warranty or refund process may end your access to the store.
How to reach us
Use the support chat or our Discord, and include your invoice ID so we can help fast. Never post your order link: it opens your order. Most refund and replacement questions are answered quickly.
