How to sign in to your account

Your account arrives as a login token on your order page. The nfa.pub Loader turns it into a signed-in Steam in one press. It takes about a minute, on a Windows PC with Steam installed.

    Get the nfa.pub Loader

    Our free sign-in app for Windows 10 and 11. Install it and open it. It keeps itself up to date.

    Copy your login

    Press the copy button on your account. It copies the whole line: the Steam ID and the login token together.

    Paste it and press Sign in

    On the Login page, paste it into Login token and press Sign in. The Loader closes Steam if it is open, then starts it again already signed in. There is no password or code to type.

    Play

    Start the game from Steam as usual. For CS2, press Clear Workshop in the Loader first, so the account does not download every Workshop map it was subscribed to.

If something is not right

Steam opens on the wrong account, or not signed in
The Loader still has an older sign-in saved. Clear its cache: open Cached Accounts, press Clear all cached accounts, then go back to Login and press Sign in again. This fixes most accounts that will not sign in.
Steam asks for a password or a Steam Guard code
Do not type anything in. Clear the Loader's cache as above and sign in again. If Steam still asks, the login is not working: use Replace on this page while your warranty runs.
“Could not read a Steam ID from this token”
Part of the login is missing. Copy it again with the copy button rather than selecting it by hand.
The account does not work
Check it in the Loader first: it shows the cooldown and VAC status. If it is broken, use Replace on this page within 6 hours of delivery, or open a ticket with your invoice ID and a short video of the problem. A cooldown or VAC ban that appears after you sign in is not covered.
Getting back to your own Steam account
Your own account stays saved. In the Loader, open Cached Accounts, pick it and press Restore login.
