How restocks work

Every account we sell is bought in from suppliers. We do not create them and we do not control when a batch arrives. That is the whole reason you will never get a time from us.

A product can be empty for ten minutes or for two days. Both happen in the same week.

We used to be asked for an ETA constantly, and any answer would have been invented. A guess that turns out wrong is worse than no answer, because people plan around it.

So the rule is simple. If it is in stock, the page says so and you can buy it. If it is not, nobody here knows when it will be, including us.

• Watch the live stock board in our Discord. It refreshes every few minutes and shows exactly what is on the shelf.
• Tap the notify button on that board. You get a ping the moment a product comes back from empty.
• Pre-order the product you want. It is sent to you automatically on the next restock, before anyone buying manually gets there.

A pre-order is a normal order placed on a product that is currently empty. You pay now and your place in the queue is fixed from the moment the payment clears.

When stock lands, pre-orders are filled first and automatically. You do not need to be online, and you do not need to race anyone.

If you change your mind before it is filled, open a ticket and we will refund it.

Tickets asking when something is back cannot be answered with anything useful, and they slow down the people with real problems like a dead account or a payment that did not arrive.

Use the stock board and the notify button instead. Those tell you the moment we know, which is the same moment anyone here would know.
