Refund Policy

Because accounts are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, refunds work differently than for physical goods. Here is exactly how we handle them.

Short or failed delivery

If stock runs short while your order is being filled, the part we could not deliver is refunded automatically. For logged-in customers the refund goes to your store balance so you can spend it right away.

If a payment is confirmed but nothing can be delivered, the full amount is refunded the same way.

Warranty replacements

If an account does not work, you do not need a refund to make it right. Use the replacement option on your order page within the warranty window to swap it for a working one, up to the per-order limit. This is the fastest fix.

Change of mind

Once an account's login has been shown to you, it cannot be returned, so delivered orders are not eligible for a change-of-mind refund. Check the product details before you pay.

Chargebacks

If something is wrong, contact support first. We resolve almost everything quickly through a replacement or refund.

Opening a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us may result in your email, address, or region being blocked from future orders.
