Reseller program
Anyone can use the API with their own key. Resellers we work with closely also get a partner dashboard, agreed prices and a volume discount.
What resellers get
- API keys. Self-serve, for everyone. Up to five per account, full or read-only.
- A partner dashboard at /partner. Buy at your prices, see your last 30 days, copy your price list and export your orders as CSV.
- Agreed prices. A fixed price per product, set for your account.
- The volume discount. A percentage off list price that follows how much you buy.
How to join
- API keys need nothing but an account. Sign in and create one on your account page.
- Our team adds partners to the dashboard. There is no form to apply.
- Agreed prices and the volume discount are by invitation. Ask in our Discord and tell us roughly how many accounts you buy a month.
Which price you pay
Each product has one price for you, decided in this order:
| Price | When it applies |
|---|---|
| Agreed price | A price set for your account on that product. It is never discounted further. |
| Volume discount | Your account is on the ladder, and the product has no agreed price. |
| List price | Everything else. |
priceCents in /products is always the price you pay right now, with all of this applied. The extended warranty is outside volume pricing.
The volume ladder
The ladder counts every account delivered to you over a rolling 30 days, through the API, the dashboard or the website.
| Accounts in 30 days | Discount |
|---|---|
| 50 to 199 | 3% |
| 200 to 499 | 5% |
| 500 to 1,199 | 8% |
| 1,200 or more | 12% |
- It is applied automatically. Reach a step and your prices drop. Buy less and they rise again as older orders leave the window.
- A new step can take up to ten minutes to show in your prices.
- It is withheld while your replacement rate over the same 30 days is too high, and comes back on its own once the rate drops.
- Some products are discounted less or not at all, because a discounted price never goes below a minimum margin.
